The 2009 ARCP Productions Team is 4 strong, with 3 members being based out of Kalamazoo, Michigan and another out of Windsor, Ontario Canada. The team will travel to and work with several airshows & events around the country this upcoming Spring, Summer & Fall. The mission of the team is to provide adequate event coverage for the event for several reasons.
Reasons
1. For event improvement and to get the word out on the event.
2. For those whom attended the event to see coverage of it.
3. For those who weren’t there to be able to see what went on.
4. To promote the event and its performers for those who plan to attend in the future or book those performers.
5. To showcase the behind the scenes work and everything that went on to put on such an event.
6.To provide top notch entertainment on the industry and to provide the best coverage for a good event.
7.To provide what ever else is needed to make sure the event looks good and is put in the spotlight.
8. For performers and Event Promoters to return to ARCP for media to use for future promotional materials.
Basically, ARCP Productions works to promote an event and cover it to the best of their ability. Prior to the event, ARCP Productions tries to promote the events as much as possible (through forums, this website, blogs and several other ways). ARCP Productions will do what they can to promote your next event and to cover it to the best of their abilities. They can also do several other tasks, please contact them for more information.

Born into an Aviation Family on November 11th, 1991, Bailey grew up around planes and airshows. From the age of 2, Bailey could look at pictures and name the aircraft. Since then, the knowledge has hooked on and Bailey today is one of the most knowledgeable guys on the team. Bailey had traveled to several airshows with his Dad & Family during the 90s (Kalamazoo, Battle Creek etc...), but soon his favorite show, the "High On Kalamazoo" Airshow in his hometown was cancelled for good. The Bailey’s had to get their fix of aircraft, so, in 2001, the Muskegon Air Fair was added to their schedule for the first time, 2001 happened to be the same year that Bailey began working. Bailey returned to Muskegon in 2002, while adding The Yankee Air Museums Air Display (now Thunder Over Michigan) & the Chicago Air & Water Show to his schedule. Bailey continues to do Chicago, Thunder & Battle Creek, and he stuck with Muskegon until its demise in 2006. Bailey officially started working with the circuit in 2003, although it wasn’t until 2006 that everything really started to come around. In late 2007, Bailey decided to put a cap on the then "Aerial Actions Productions" team and start his own solo career, part of the "ARCP Productions". However, Bailey missed his team-mates, so he invited some to come work with him during the 2008 Inaugural ARCP Season. Now, heading into 2009, Bailey will once again be a Team Leader of a Team (thats right, he has decided to have a team again) and is excited for the season. This will be Bailey’s 9thOFFICIAL Airshow season. Bailey hopes to continue working with airshows while in college. Bailey will be attending Western Michigan University starting next fall majoring in Aviation Flight Science (with a minor in theatre).
In addition to Aviation, Bailey is a very knowledgeable and smart person. He will graduate with Honors from Loy Norrix High School in 2009. Bailey is also athletic, playing Football for all 4 years of High School (he began playing football at the age of 7). At the age of 4 he began playing Baseball. He played Baseball up until his Sophomore year in High School. This year will be Bailey's 3rd year on the Forensics Team at his school and all 3 years he has participated in the Multiple. The past 2 years, the Multiple team ranked at the State Competition. Bailey is also an experienced actor with several shows under his belt (on-stage) and provides Voice-Over Talent. Bailey is also an avid-amusement park enthusiast & a "Ride Warrior" with over 30 rollercoasters presently underneath his belt and countless thrill rides. Bailey is also smart in the Weather/Meteorology Category. 2009 will be a big year for him.

Plum grew up in Kalamazoo around aviation. He also attended several "High on Kalamazoo" airshows in his day. Plum had become friends with Bailey & Daleiden during the 90s, long before they even thought about becoming a team. Paxton had attended numerous airshows with Bailey (such as Warbirds Over Kalamazoo for the years it ran and even managed to make it to Muskegon in 2002). It wasn’t until 2004 that Plum got his start with (the then BreTim Team). In 2005, Paxton picked up his next job, which happens to also be his current job....videotaping. Paxton is a seasoned airshow expert and knows all the rules, whats going on, when, where, and a whole bunch of other valuable information. He, like the other members of the group, can identify different types of aircraft on the spot (not just military aircraft, but private aircraft and aerobatic aircraft as well.....this of course includes warbirds). This is Paxton’s 5th OFFICIAL Airshow Season (he took a break from airshows for the 2007 Season but joined back up in 2008 with ARCP). Paxton is presently a Sophomore at Loy Norrix High School in Kalamazoo, Michigan, his future plans once he gets out of high school does include a career path in Aviation. He plans to be an Aeronautical Engineer.
Plum also attends the Kalamazoo Area Math & Science Center (KAMSC). He is also a "Ride Warrior" & Amusement Park Enthusiast.

Tim grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan, an aviation town. As a kid he attended the "High On Kalamazoo" airshows. After the airshow was cancelled, Daleiden went on sort of a "hiatus" period. However, in 2001, his family attended the then "Team U.S. Nationals & Airshow" (now the Battle Creek Field of Flight) with the Bailey family (whom were regulars at Battle Creek since the mid to late 80s) In 2004, Daleiden picked up photography and started what would become the present day ARCP group with Bailey. Daleiden assisted Bailey at several shows during the 2008 season and is welcomed back onto the team in 2009. 2009 will be Daleiden’s 6th OFFICIAL Airshow Season. Daleiden will be attending Western Michigan University starting next fall, he plans to major in either Aeronautical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
Daleiden will graduate with Honors from Loy Norrix High School in 2009. He is also very smart in the Automotive Field. Daleiden is also a "Ride Warrior" & Amusement Park Enthusiast. He as well is smart in the field of Meteorology.

"Rhino" is the youngest one out of the group and is also the only one not based in Kalamazoo. Orshinsky was born & raised in Windsor, Ontario Canada. From a very young age, Orshinsky was interested in aviation thanks to his father & grandfather, both huge airshow fans. It took a memorable event to really get "Rhino" interested in airshows and that occurred when he was 7 years old and he got "buzzed" by a CF-18 Hornet at the airshow in his hometown of Windsor. Sadly enough, the Windsor show (like the Kalamazoo show) went under, but Orshinsky still got his aviation fix. In 2008, Orshinsky started to try aviation photography. Bailey came across Orshinsky in December of 2008. "Rhino" asked if he could become a part of the group, Bailey accepted him. In only his 2ndseason of photography, and his 1st season with the team, Bailey thinks there will be a lot of improvement with Orshinsky and thinks that the team will help him come about. The entire ARCP team welcomes Orshinsky for 2009. (Oh, and did we mention that the Windsor show will be returning for 2009?)
We Hope to see you at a show in 2009.
Throughout the Year, ARCP also works with other websites and media people.
